Hawaiian Ranchos Road Maintenance Corporation (HRRMC) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and long-term stewardship of the private road system serving our community. We rely on a combination of dedicated staff, contractors, and community volunteers to fulfill this mission.

HRRMC periodically seeks qualified individuals to assist with administrative, operational, and road maintenance activities.

Filled Staff Position

PART-TIME OFFICE ATTENDANT WANTED

 

The Hawaiian Ranchos Road Maintenance Corp. (HRRMC) is seeking a dependable Part-Time Office Attendant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to the HRRMC Board of Directors. This position is less than 20 hours per week, working three (3) six-hour days at consistent weekday hours.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for HRRMC owners/members

  • Managing interactions with the public and members, including calmly and professionally addressing visitors

  • Logging visitors and phone inquiries

  • Receiving payments (checks and money orders only)

  • Recording payments, invoices, and expenditures

  • Data entry using QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, email (Outlook/Gmail), calendars, form tools, and scanner software

  • Managing property files and organizational records

  • Ensuring overall office functionality and organization

  • Board Support Duties:

    • Serving as a neutral administrative liaison between the HRRMC Board of Directors and owners/members, vendors, and the public

    • Preparing, assembling, and distributing Board materials (agendas, proposals, reports, correspondence) as directed

    • Maintaining official Board records, including minutes, motions, proposals, policies, and correspondence

    • Routing member questions, complaints, and concerns to the appropriate Board member or committee without commentary or interpretation

    • Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

Additional Information:

  • A criminal background check is required

  • A 90-day probationary period applies
