Right of ways- must be clear no plants, fences, walls etc. in the easements. Most easements are 40′ to 60′ from the blacktop to past the telephone pole line of sight.​​
Abandoned Vehicles

Call the Kau’u Towing at (808) 929-9096 or the Police on the non-emergency line at (808) 939-2520 to report junk vehicles on the roadway, suspicious persons, illegal activity.
