Membership Assessments/ Road Maintenance Fees of $250 per year are due before March 31st.
After March 31st a fee of $25 will be added to your TMK(s).

HRRMC will NOT sell or share this information with anyone or any other entity, except as prescribed by HRS 421j-8.

Right of ways- must be clear no plants, fences, walls etc. in the easements. Most easements are 40′ to 60′ from the blacktop to past the telephone pole line of sight.

Driveways
How do you connect and properly tie in your drive to HRRMC roadway.
HRRMC does require a Hawaiian Ranchos property owner to apply with HRRMC for driveway tie into HRRMC roads and easements
Driveways may extend and tie into HRRMC roadway only with prior HRRMC written approval.
If you hire a contractor, the contractor is required to obtain HRRMC’s written approval by using the form that is available in the office and online via this link
