Right of ways- must be clear no plants, fences, walls etc. in the easements. Most easements are 40′ to 60′ from the blacktop to past the telephone pole line of sight.

How do you connect and properly tie in your drive to HRRMC roadway. 

 

HRRMC does require a Hawaiian Ranchos property owner to apply with HRRMC for driveway tie into HRRMC roads and easements

Driveways may extend and tie into HRRMC roadway only with prior HRRMC written approval.  Application form is available in the office and online via this link  

If you hire a contractor, the contractor is required to obtain HRRMC’s written approval by using the form that is available in the office and online via this link
